Products
The products on my website, sigmundurpf.com, are manufactured by the company. The products are for personal use only. Under no circumstances is reselling our products allowed without the required permissions. We reserve the right to halt order processing or hold parts of orders if it is deemed they violate these terms.

Our website is regularly updated, and while we strive to correct any errors that occur, we cannot fully guarantee that all information on the site is correct or up to date. Therefore, information is provided with a disclaimer regarding typographical errors or minor delays in updates. Pricing & Payment
All prices in the online store are final and include VAT. The prices are quoted in Icelandic Króna. Prices are subject to typographical errors and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel transactions if an incorrect price has been displayed. Payments for orders in the online store can be made using major debit and credit cards through a secure payment gateway provided by Teya. Payments will appear on your card statement in the same way as regular transactions from a store. If payment issues arise after the transaction (e.g., due to card issues), we reserve the right to reject the payment and cancel the order.

Delivery Time & Shipping
Our products are delivered by arrangement after payment has been received. The process for custom orders varies in length and is arranged with the customer.

Return Policy
There is a 14-day return period for our products, provided the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-designed products. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the products carefully upon receipt and notify the seller within 7 days if mistakes have been made or if the products are defective.

Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with Act no. 77/2000 on data protection and the processing of personal data. All personal information received by the seller is treated as strictly confidential and is only used to complete the transaction. When shopping on our website, you will be asked for your name, address, and email. These details are solely used for processing your order, and your purchase history is securely stored in an encrypted area. Please note that card numbers are never stored on our websites, and only the payment type can be viewed if an order needs to be reviewed. We never share personal information with third parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes arising from it shall be settled in the District Court of Reykjavik. These terms have been in effect since January 20, 2020.
